AI chatbot for Drupal
This is the product. A Drupal module that turns your knowledge base into something people can ask questions of, instead of a search bar they gave up on months ago.
The module installs on the Drupal site you already run, version 10 or 11. You point it at the content types that make up your knowledge base and it indexes them inside your own environment. Nothing is crawled from the outside, so members only articles, premium content, and internal documentation are all included from day one.
When someone asks a question, the module builds a filter from that user's roles and access grants first, then searches the index, then hands only the permitted passages to the language model. The order matters. The model never sees content the user could not open in a browser, which means it cannot leak it even by accident.
Every answer links back to the node it came from. Your members can open the article, read the surrounding context, and judge for themselves. When the answer is not in your content, the chatbot says so instead of filling the gap with something that sounds right.
Answers are given in the language of the question. On a bilingual Dutch and French knowledge base, a Dutch question can still be answered from a French circular, with the source shown in its original language.
Use cases
- A member of a professional association asks which procedure applies to their situation and gets the answer with a link to the circular.
- A civil servant looks up an internal guideline on the intranet without knowing which department published it.
- A paying subscriber queries a fifteen year archive and finds an article from 2014 that no keyword search would have surfaced.
Example
An association with 4,000 member articles
The secretariat kept answering the same twenty questions by email because members could not find the answers themselves, even though every one of them was published. After indexing, those questions started resolving in the chatbot instead of the inbox, and the articles behind them finally got read.

Not sure where to start?
A short call is usually enough to tell whether your knowledge base is ready for this.
